Dongguan Bonteck Hardware Co., Ltd. was established in December 2000 in Changping Town, Dongguan City, China. There are currently 1,100 employees. The factory zones cover an area of ​​33,000 m², and the plant area is about 45,000 m². Dongguan Bonteck has been qualified with system certifications IATF16949/ ISO9001, ISO18001, and ISO45001; now a high-tech enterprise in Guangdong Province.

The Digital Intelligence Division follows the PIR Photoelectric Switch series products since the company was established at the beginning stage. After nearly 30 years of technology accumulation and continuous R&D innovation, we have built a strong brand awareness in the market. Our R&D team is able to provide development of one-stop service from software to hardware design, from auto-induction to AI mode control, from wireless remote control to IOT control. Our core technology can quickly and optimally meet the customers’ market needs; in addition to ODM, we also provide customers with PCBA and EMS services.

The Auto Parts Division was initially motivated by the independent design and in-house molding production in 2004; and obtained TS-16949 system certification in 2005. Not only are we equipped with automatic central melting system, die-casting automation and CNC processing apparatus, we also possess the process capability of vacuum die-casting and high product cleanliness requirements to meet the customers’ needs in high heat dissipation, anodizing or coating treatment.

The Precision Housing Division is located in Luwu Village, Changping Town. Since its opening in October 2017, the business service we provide as one-stop package from mold making, high pressure casting, CNC machining, manipulator polishing to surface spraying. Equipped with modern environmental protection facilities, zero waste water discharge, VOC waste gas, RTO combustion treatment..., we also have the capacity to provide the customers with the service of zero environmental risk supply.

In order to continuously reinforce the production and supply chain in South and East China, and in the long term expand the die-casting business, Kunshan Bonteck Precision Co., Ltd. was established in 2003 to upgrade the overall manufacturing system for enhanced customer service. Located in Changpu Town, Kunshan City, China, Kunshan Bonteck covers a total plant area of 45,000 m², and factory area of ​​20,500 m² with 550 employees.

Since its founding, Kunshan Bonteck has been qualified with system certifications of IATF16949/ ISO9001, ISO18001 and ISO45001; now a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province.
